Indeed the purchase of the plot was frictionless and the developers did not give me a hard time in explaining all I needed to know. It is also well situated near learning institutions, hospitals and markets which makes is ideal for families. Holding the belief that it’s a good investment for the future I would strongly encourage people to invest in these plots for future settlement, especially in this area for affordable materialization of affordable housing.
